About me
I know what it feels like to wonder what comes next.
My career hasn’t followed a perfectly straight line.
I’ve been an entrepreneur, marketer, operator, executive, founder, CEO, mentor, and advisor. I’ve built businesses from scratch, scaled companies, sold a company, managed teams and budgets, raised capital, and built in industries where the rules seem to change constantly.
Those experiences taught me a lot about business. They taught me even more about people. Eventually, I realized I wanted the mentoring conversations that mattered most to become the work.
I completed the Co-Active Coach Practitioner Training, bringing formal coaching methodology together with more than 15 years of real-world experience building companies, leading people, navigating uncertainty, and turning ideas into action.
